Vetradent Veggie Dental Chews for Dogs 30 Count
Vetradent Veggie Dental Chews for Dogs
For dogs.
Product Description
Vetradent Veggie Dental Chews are plant-based daily dental chews from Dechra, formulated with the brand's patented Biotrate technology to help reduce plaque and tartar and support fresh breath. The chew's porous, chewy texture works down to the gumline, and five distinct ridges scrub across the whole tooth surface as the dog works through it.
The vegetable base is the practical advantage. There's no animal protein, no wheat, and no soy, which makes it a workable option for dogs on limited-ingredient or novel-protein diets who can't have the usual chicken or beef dental chews.
Daily chewing is the part that actually matters for dental care. It's the routine most owners will keep up with when brushing doesn't happen, and it pairs well with the rest of the Vetradent line — water additive, wipes, oral spray, and toothpaste.
Choose the chew size matched to your dog.
Benefits
Reduces Plaque and Tartar: Biotrate technology plus mechanical cleaning action.
Freshens Breath: Daily use targets the buildup behind bad breath.
Cleans to the Gumline: Porous, chewy texture reaches where brushing often misses.
Five Ridges: Scrubs the full tooth surface rather than just the tips.
Plant-Based: No animal protein, no wheat, no soy.
Nothing Artificial: No artificial flavors or colors.
Multiple Sizes Available: Choose the size appropriate for your dog.
Ingredients
Proprietary blend of disodium EDTA, trisodium citrate, and citric acid. Other ingredients: apple cider vinegar, glycerin, mixed tocopherols (preservative), pea protein, pea starch, potato starch, rice flour, seaweed meal, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate, spirulina, sunflower oil, and zinc proteinate.
How to Use
Give one chew daily, using the size appropriate for your dog. Supervise your dog while chewing to be sure the chew is being handled safely, and always provide fresh water.
For a fuller routine, combine with Vetradent Water Additive, Wipes, Oral Spray, or Toothpaste.
Dental chews add calories, so count them toward your dog's daily intake.
Additional Information
For dogs only. Not for human consumption. Store at room temperature and reseal the package after each opening. Keep out of reach of children and other animals. Safe use in pregnant dogs or dogs intended for breeding has not been established. Stop use and consult your veterinarian if your dog's condition worsens or does not improve.
Home dental care supplements professional veterinary care but doesn't replace it. Bad breath that persists, red or bleeding gums, reluctance to chew, dropping food, or pawing at the mouth warrant a veterinary exam — dental disease below the gumline is common and painful, and no chew reaches it.
