PetRx utilizes USPS and UPS for shipping, depending on location and weight. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.

Our warehouse is located in Southern California. Ground Service transit time is typically 1-5 business days. On rare occasions, shipping times may be extended due to factors beyond our control.
