TastyWrap Pill Paste for Dogs, 8oz

TastyWrap Pill Paste for Dogs

For dogs.

Product Description

TastyWrap is a soft, malleable paste made for one job: hiding medication. You pinch off as much as you need, wrap it around the pill, capsule, or tablet, and hand it over as a treat.

The advantage over a pre-formed pill pocket is that the paste conforms to anything. A tiny tablet, an oversized capsule, two pills at once, a half tablet with sharp edges. You use as much or as little as the dose requires rather than being stuck with one pocket size.

This is the larger 8oz size, which is the one to buy for a dog on long-term medication, a dog taking several pills a day, or a household medicating more than one animal. It stays soft, which matters for senior dogs who chew carefully and for any dog who has learned to eat around a pill and spit it out.

Made in the USA.

Benefits

• Hides Any Shape or Size: Malleable paste wraps around pills, capsules, and tablets.
• Use Only What You Need: No fixed pocket size, so nothing is wasted on a small tablet.
• Larger Size: 8oz, suited to daily long-term dosing and multi-pet households.
• Stays Soft: Easy to eat for senior dogs and gentle on careful chewers.
• Made in the USA.

How to Use

Pinch off enough paste to cover the medication completely and roll it into a ball so no part of the pill is exposed. Offer it by hand as a treat.

A trick that works on suspicious dogs: give one plain piece with nothing in it, then the one with the medication, then another plain one. Dogs who have learned to inspect their food usually get caught out by the rhythm.

If your dog's prescription says to give the medication on an empty stomach, check with your pharmacist or veterinarian before hiding it in food, since some drugs absorb differently when given with food.
