Product Description

SAMeLQ 100 is the lower-strength tablet in the SAMeLQ line, combining S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) with a supporting antioxidant blend to help maintain normal liver function. SAMe is a compound the body produces naturally and one the liver depends on heavily; supplementing it is a common part of a liver-support routine, often paired with N-acetyl L-cysteine, which contributes to the body's normal detoxification pathways.

The formula also includes quercetin, L-taurine, zinc ascorbate, licorice root extract, and a set of B vitamins. The chewable tablet makes daily dosing much easier than a capsule, and the 100 mg strength suits cats and smaller dogs, where the 225 mg tablet would need splitting.

How to Use

Give as directed by your veterinarian, based on your pet's body weight.

SAMe is best absorbed on an empty stomach — typically at least an hour before a meal — so timing matters more with this supplement than with most. Ask your veterinarian how they want it given and keep it consistent.

Keep the tablets in their sealed container. SAMe is sensitive to moisture, so close the bottle and don't leave tablets sitting out.
