MegaFlex Powder for Dogs and Cats, 21.16oz

MegaFlex Powder for Dogs and Cats

For dogs and cats.

Product Description

MegaFlex is Rx Vitamins' joint powder for dogs and cats, formulated to help maintain joint health, strength and flexibility.

The formula combines glucosamine sulfate and MSM with sea cucumber, which is the ingredient that sets it apart from a standard joint powder. Sea cucumber is a marine source of glycosaminoglycans, the same family of compounds that make up cartilage and synovial fluid, and it is uncommon enough in this category to be worth noting.

The powder format is the practical advantage. It has no added flavor and stirs into wet or dry food, which suits a cat or a dog who has decided against chews, and the dose scales cleanly by body weight rather than being locked to a chew size. A 7 gram scoop is included.

The 600 gram jar is a long-running supply for a cat or a small dog.

Key Ingredients

• Glucosamine sulfate
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)
• Sea cucumber

How to Use

Mix the labeled amount into food daily using the enclosed scoop, following the label or your veterinarian's direction.

Plan on six to eight weeks of consistent daily use before judging the result. Joint supplements build slowly and inconsistent dosing is the usual reason they appear not to work.

Keep your pet lean. Body weight is the single biggest factor you control in joint comfort.

Additional Information

For dogs and cats. This is a nutritional supplement, not an FDA-approved drug.

This product contains shellfish-derived ingredients. If your pet has a known shellfish sensitivity, talk to your veterinarian first. Tell your veterinarian about any other joint product your pet is taking so the glucosamine and MSM are not doubled up.

Store in a cool, dry place with the container closed and keep out of reach of children.
