C.E.T. IntelliDent Cat Bites
For cats.
Product Description
IntelliDent Cat Bites are Virbac's daily dental treat for cats, designed to control plaque and tartar through a cat's natural chewing action. The crunchy, porous texture is the working part: it collapses around the tooth as the cat bites down rather than shattering on contact, so it cleans the tooth surface and the gumline instead of just breaking apart.
Only three bites a day are needed to see results, which makes this one of the simplest dental routines available for a species that will not tolerate a toothbrush. Cats are far harder to manage dentally than dogs, and dental disease is extremely common in them, so a treat they willingly eat is worth more than a better product they refuse.
Benefits
Controls Plaque and Tartar: Works with a cat's natural chewing action.
Crunchy Porous Texture: Cleans teeth and gums rather than crumbling.
Freshens Breath.
Three Bites a Day: A minimal routine that's realistic to keep up.
No Brushing Required.
How to Use
Give three bites daily, or as directed by your veterinarian. Offer them on their own as a treat rather than mixed into food, since the cleaning comes from the chewing.
Always provide fresh water. Treats add calories, so count them toward your cat's daily intake, which matters more in cats than dogs given how little they eat overall.
For a fuller routine, pair with a water additive or a dental gel.
