Do You Ship Prescription Medications?

Yes. We currently ship prescription medications to residents of California, Colorado, Utah, Washington, Montana, and Arizona. We are expanding to additional states soon.

How Will You Contact My Veterinarian For My Pet's Prescription Diet?

We will contact your veterinarian via phone or fax for approval. If we do not receive a response from them within 48-72 hours, we will contact you.

I Have My Pet's Written Food/Medication Prescription, Can I Submit It To You For Faster Approval?

Yes. If you have a written prescription from your veterinarian, you can email a clear photo of it to staff@petrx.com. This helps us identify your veterinarian and speeds up the process. Please note that a photo is not accepted as a prescription. Our licensed pharmacist will contact your veterinarian's office directly to verify and confirm every prescription before your order is filled.
