Shipping & Returns
All shipments are processed within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
Ground service transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days. On rare occasions, shipping times may be extended due to factors beyond our control such as weather, availability of product, etc.
We will notify you immediately if your order is delayed for any reason.
Orders requiring veterinary authorization may be subject to additional processing times.
The accuracy of ship-to addresses and daytime telephone numbers for the recipient is your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to assure that the folks you are shipping to will be in town to care for their package the day it is delivered. We do not require a recipients signature for delivery at single unit residences as long as your local delivery driver feels that leaving the package will be safe from prying eyes.
We highly suggest that you place your order at least 10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
Orders placed on weekends and major Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.
Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 6 weeks.
Upon receiving unopened, undamaged returned items, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) returned. As a courtesy, for using PetRx.com as your Pet Supplier, we will additionally automatically provide you with a $5 coupon redeemable on your next order.
Shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise are solely your responsibility. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the invoice date to qualify for a full refund.
Return shipping charges may apply for refused or unclaimed packages.
