Treating the dog or cat alone leaves that reservoir intact, which is why infestations keep coming back.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eThe fog penetrates carpets, rugs, drapes, upholstery, pet bedding, floor cracks, and open cabinets. It kills adult and pre-adult fleas, flea eggs and larvae, ticks, and other listed insects including bedbugs, cockroaches, beetles, lice, mites, flies, and gnats. Cover and turn off fish aquariums. Remove or cover dishes, utensils, food, and food preparation surfaces, or wash them afterward. Open cabinets and cupboards you want treated. Cover wood floors and wood furniture near the canister with newspaper or a dropcloth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003eUse one canister per room, and never more than one in the same room. Do not use in small enclosed spaces such as closets, cabinets, or under counters and tables.
